Before I get to the pictures of ancient temples and modern skylines, I'd like to spend just a few words of time to speak about those who were unlucky enough to be born in an environment where everything seemingly exists for the sole purpose of destroying them.

Whether it be a Cambodian girl who wonders if her parents are going to sell her to sex merchants in Thailand so that her family won't starve to death;

Or any one of the 50% Puerto Ricans who are still without power or reliable sources of fresh water and food;

Or in Syria where war, bombs, and savage human brutality is on full display;

Or any one of the many billions of people who suffer just the same.

Christmas is certainly a time to reflect and perhaps, balance out the scale just a little bit. If you are reading this on your phone or PC, there are about three billion people who are less fortunate than you are.*

I work with a few organizations year-round and provide time and money. The picture above is actually of a trade school I just completed in Cambodia through the assistance and dedication of a NGO and the government of Cambodia.

In the interest of being a unbiased as possible, below is a short list of organizations that I have donated to and do not have a personal connection with. These groups are all great at what they do and could always use some extra help.
